Gender and wellbeing at work: mid-life, menopause, and mental health

About this Event

This episode will examine the impacts felt by mid-life women and those who go through menopause, and their mental health.

About this Event

The MHFA England webinar programme looks to explore a range of issues affecting mental health in the workplace. In the first of our mini-series looking at gender and wellbeing at work, this episode will examine the impacts felt by mid-life women – the fastest growing demographic in the workplace – and those who go through menopause, and their mental health.

Through the expertise of our panel we can share some engaging and informative discussion on how the pandemic will have affected mid-life women, the stigma surrounding menopause and how this affects mental health, and how organisations, HR departments and managers can best support those in this demographic.

This webinar will be accessible through Zoom software. Please ensure you have the latest update of the Zoom application.
